Activating your account

Before you can upload files to YouProvide for the first time, you need to activate your account and set your password.

Invitation email

When your accountant shares a list with you, you will receive an invitation email. This email contains a link to access the shared list as well as a link to activate your account:

Account activation is only required the first time; for subsequent logins, you can access the platform directly.

Please note: Do not use the account activation link again after your initial setup. For future logins, simply access the platform directly at https://app.youprovide.nl. We recommend bookmarking this link in your browser for easy access to YouProvide.

Activation

When you click the link, you will be directed to the YouProvide application to begin the account activation process. The first step involves validating your email address:

Enter the email address where you received the invitation email and click on Send Verification Code.

Keep this screen open while you check your email inbox. You will receive an email from Microsoft containing the verification code:

Return to the YouProvide application, enter the verification code, and click on Verify Code.

Click on Continue. You can now set your password:

Choose a new, secure password and enter it twice. Please adhere to the following password guidelines:

- The password must not begin or end with a space.

- It should contain between 8 and 64 characters.

It must include at least three of the following elements:

- A lowercase letter
- An uppercase letter
- A number
- A symbol

Click on Continue to set your password.

 

Your account activation and setup are now complete. You will be directed to the standard YouProvide login screen. Please enter your email address and the new password you created to log in.
