Sometimes, the client user cannot add file(s) to an item.
In some instances, clients may encounter difficulties when attempting to upload a file. There are two possible reasons for this:
- Only one file can be attached to the item. If you upload a new file, it will replace the previous one:
- The item has already been submitted. If its status is either Submitted or Accepted, no new files can be added or removed. However, you can request the accountant to revert the item back to Pending status by leaving a comment.
