Downloading files

How you can download submitted files on every level of the project.

When you share a list with your client, you can easily retrieve many files, including large ones. By using the download button available at various levels, you can obtain a convenient ZIP file containing all the uploads. It is most efficient to initiate downloads at the lowest possible level:

  • If you are reviewing a specific item, download only the files associated with that item:
  • If there are many smaller items within a section, you can download all the files for that section at once:
  • To archive all submitted files, select the option to download an entire list or a complete project:



    At these levels, you can choose to download either all files or just the new files. For each download at the project or list levels, the system keeps track of when each file was first downloaded. If you select the option for new files, you will receive only those files that have not been downloaded previously.

My downloads

When you request a download, a background process begins to gather your files and prepare them into a ZIP file. You can monitor the progress on the screen:

You don't need to wait on this screen; feel free to close it and continue working. You can check your profile menu (located in the upper right corner) for an overview of all your download requests made in the past 48 hours.

Here, you can also download your files. Additionally, you will receive an automatic email notification when a requested download is ready.
