I want to delete a certain list or project, but the system won't have it.
Lists can only be deleted while they are in concept status. Once a list is shared with a client, it can no longer be removed.
The same applies to projects. If a project is still in concept status but one or more lists within the project have been shared, the project cannot be deleted either.
Background
We place a high value on maintaining an audit trail, which is why we are very cautious about removing parts from lists and projects that have already been worked on. Instead of deleting such projects, we prefer to archive them.
Solution
You can change the project name to something like "Not Applicable" and then set the project to completed status. This makes it clear that the project should no longer be utilized, and it will be removed from view for everyone after 30 days.
Please note: If you want to create projects for testing or experimentation purposes, be sure to use the test environment that is available for each firm!
