Why is the item status not shown as completed?

The client has submitted many files, but still the items are not shown as completed.

An item progresses through various stages, all of which can be tracked in the list view:

From left to right, you can see the number of items in each of the following stages:

Concept The client is not able to view these items, even when the list is shared.
Shared These items become visible to the client once the list is shared.
In progress For these items, comments have been added, one or more files have been uploaded or marked as not applicable, but they have not yet been submitted by the client. Changes may still occur.
Submitted

The client can no longer make changes to the submitted files, but they can still add comments.

This marks the final stage for the client.

Returned The accountant has returned the item. Functionally, this is equivalent to the "n progress status, but it is counted as "Returned" in the statistics. The client must resubmit the item after making the necessary adjustments.
Accepted

The submission has been approved by the accountant.

This marks the final stage for the accountant.

What does the progress bar indicate?

In various places within the application, you will encounter a progress bar that features two colors and, at times, accompanying numbers. Here’s what they signify:

Dark color in bar Portion that is fully completed (in this case: 11 items accepted)
Light color in bar Portion that has been started but is not yet complete (statuses in progress, submitted, and returned)
First number (3)

Number of items with the status submitted that you, as an accountant, can begin working on.

Second number  (28) Total number of items
