Cannot login

Are you experiencing issues with logging in? Check here how to resolve this.

1. Check Your Shortcut

Do you access YouProvide through a saved link in your browser?

If so, ensure that the shortcut points to https://app.youprovide.nl.

Any other link may cause issues when logging in or opening lists.

1. Open a new, blank tab in your browser.

2. Locate the shortcut you usually use. Right-click on it.

3. Select "Edit..." from the menu.

4. Verify the URL value. It should read https://app.youprovide.nl; make adjustments if necessary.

 

2. Delete login cookies

Delete the cookies associated with the domain b2clogin.com (which is part of the YouProvide login process), login.youprovide.nl and youprovide.nl.

  • Chrome browser: go to Settings | Site data
    Delete cookies and settings for b2clogin.com, then use the search function to also delete the settings for login.youprovide.nl and youprovide.nl


  • Edge browser: 

    Delete all cookies from
    - youprovide.nl
    - login.youprovide.nl
    - b2clogin.com

    This can be done directly from the YouProvide login page:

     

  • Firefox browser: go to Settings | Privacy & Security and click Manage data... Find b2clogin.com, login.youprovide.nl and youprovide.nl and delete cookies and settings

Now you can refresh or restart the login page using https://app.youprovide.nl and log in.
