How lists are structured

So you got a list from your auditor. How is it structured and how can you go about submitting the requested files?

The Structure of a Project

When you are requested to submit documents, it is done on a project basis. A project consists of one or more lists related to the same assignment. Typically, each entity within your organization will have its own dedicated list.

For example:

Project

The project for the Year-End Audit contains three separate lists, each corresponding to a different entity within the Bakery Fresh Group.

List

A list is further divided into one or more sections. Each section pertains to a specific topic. You can view the number of questions within each section and track your progress in providing the necessary information:

Section

The section contains the specific request items where you can submit files. You will see a list of items along with their current status, allowing you to quickly determine if there are any outstanding requirements from you.

On the item card, you can clearly see the specific requests, view all related files in one place, and easily add files and comments as needed:
