Receive an email on progress in your lists

How to configure an email message when new items have been submitted or comments are added by the client.

When will you receive an email?

You will receive an update email whenever there are relevant changes in the list, namely:

  • Items submitted by the client
  • Comments added by the client

Please note: You will only receive emails about projects that you have marked with a yellow star.

Why don't you receive an email whenever files are uploaded? Once the client uploads one or more files, you, as the accountant, will be able to see them. However, you cannot start the review process yet, as the client may still make changes or additions. Only after the client clicks on Submit will the item be locked for the client, allowing you to begin your review safely, without the risk of the files being modified or added to in the meantime.

Setting Preferences

In your profile settings, you can specify which update emails you would like to receive and how frequently you wish to receive them:

Emails are sent at the beginning of the day, with options for frequency as follows:

  • Daily: Monday to Friday at 06:00 AM
  • Weekly: Every Monday at 06:00 AM
