YouProvide offers 3 different subscription plans that your office can choose from. The best option for your situation depends on the ambitions of your office and the desired image you want to present to your clients.

Pricing

Your office's monthly invoice consists of two parts:

  1. A fixed monthly amount, based on the selected subscription
  2. A fee for all lists shared with clients in the past month. The fee per list depends on the size of the list

Changing Your Subscription

You have the option to adjust your subscription settings in the Office Settings. Upgrading to a higher-tier subscription takes effect immediately. Downgrading to a lower-tier subscription will take place at the start of the next calendar month.

Cancellation of Subscription

If you wish to cancel your YouProvide subscription, it is indeed possible. In the Office Settings, you will see the next renewal date for your subscription. If you cancel before that date, YouProvide will remain accessible until then, after which you will no longer have access.

Ensure that you download all essential files from your projects before reaching the end date of your subscription!
